We are located between Alicante and Murcia (35 minutes from Murcia and 45 minutes from Alicante)

Alicante, located on the Mediterranean coast, is a city not to be missed. Its historic center and the view from the famous fortified castle are breathtaking.

Don't miss a visit to Santa Barbara Castle in Alicante.

The city of Murcia has Arab origins (founded in 831). A mountain range surrounds the plain on which Murcia is situated. This fortified city lies on the banks of the Segura River. The Cathedral tower is one of Murcia's symbols.

LA FUENTE SHOPPING CENTRE

We are located a few minutes' walk from La Fuente

Within a short walk or drive, you'll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks. The lively La Fuente district is appealing thanks to its twenty or so international restaurants, diverse shops, and friendly atmosphere, with lively concerts and bars in the evenings.

GOLF COURSES NEARBY

4 golf courses, all less than 10 minutes from our apartment

The Costa Blanca has become a leading international destination for its diverse golf offerings.

Near the sea and surrounded by mountains, there are 21 courses in the region.

The apartment is less than a five-minute walk from the fairway of the challenging 18-hole Las Ramblas golf course. Campoamor, Villamartin, and Las Colinas (best golf course 2017-18) are a five-minute drive away.
All offer clubhouse facilities and restaurants. Within a 15-minute drive are La Finca and Vistabella courses, the newest courses in the area.

Beaches 4 km away

Several beaches are located nearby.

Beach lovers will be delighted: magnificent sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, and Punta Prima are less than 10 minutes away, some just 5 minutes from the apartment. Water sports are also easily accessible.

Opportunities for walking or cycling

Nature lovers will appreciate walks or bike rides along the canal, right next to the apartment.

LA ZENIA SHOPPING CENTRE

The largest open-air shopping mall

For shopping and leisure, the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, with its 180 shops, restaurants, bowling alley and children's areas, is less than 10 minutes away by car.

SUPERMARKETS

Supermarkets within a 7-minute walk

This area has a lot to offer in terms of supermarkets and shops. The nearest supermarkets, banks, butchers, and bakeries are a 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away (in La Fuente). Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets are among them.

The port of Campoamor (Dehesa de Campoamor) is close to the apartment. It offers several water sports activities: boat rentals, jet skiing, paddleboarding...

TABARCA ISLAND

Visit Tabarca!

Tabarca is a small, picturesque island located off the Spanish coast, a few kilometers from Santa Pola, and visible from several places on the Costa Blanca.

How do I get there?

From Orihuela Costa, there are many companies offering return trips to the ports of Torrevieja, Santa Pola and Alicante.

The best option, in our opinion, is a departure from Santa Pola: departures every half hour from 10am until 7pm; returns every half hour from 10:30am until 7:45pm, at a price of €10 per person.

In about twenty minutes, you will reach your destination.

LAS CUEVAS DE ROJALES

The cave houses of Rojales. Las Cuevas. Come visit them every first Sunday of the month, with a lovely craft market. And above all, don't miss the shell house.

PARQUE DEL MOLINO LA MATA

Watermill Park

It is a protected natural area of Torrevieja located on the seafront at the level of La Mata.

Enjoy a pleasant walk between the pine forests and the dunes surrounded by a special atmosphere in this wonderful natural park.
